I’m a UX designer and researcher who likes the messy part before the solution is clear. I tend to start by looking at context: how people actually work, what they’re trying to accomplish, where assumptions are hiding, and what the business really needs to decide.
My background spans literature, digital design, research, and agency work, which has made me comfortable moving between different ways of thinking. I bring that perspective into product work by connecting research to decisions and turning complexity into experiences that feel considered rather than simply polished.
